1. Digital Products
•    Numerology Reports & Tarot Readings by Email: Delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
•    Delivery Timeframe: Typically sent within 5–7 business days after purchase.
•    File Format: Reports are sent as PDF attachments unless otherwise noted.
•    Issues with Delivery: If you haven’t received your digital product within 7 business days, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@daughterwithspirit.com.

2. Physical Products
(Applicable for mailed gift cards or shop items, if offered)
•    Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
•    Shipping Carriers: We use USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise specified.
•    Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days within the continental U.S. Delivery times may vary based on location.
•    Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout.
•    Tracking: If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

3. International Shipping
At this time, Daughter With Spirit only ships physical products within the United States. Digital products are available worldwide.

4. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or customs delays). Please ensure your information is accurate at checkout.
