Refund and Cancellation

At Daughter With Spirit, we value your time and energy, and we ask the same in return. Because each session and product is prepared with care and intention, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
1. Private & Group Readings
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Refunds: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
2. Events (“An Evening with Spirit” and Other Gatherings)
• Tickets: All event ticket sales are final.
• Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us in advance.
• Cancellations: In the rare event that Daughter With Spirit must cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
3. Digital Products (Numerology Reports, Tarot Readings by Email)
• Because these products are custom and delivered electronically, all sales are final once the work has begun.
• If you have not received your digital product within the promised timeframe (typically 5–7 business days), please contact us for support.
4. Gift Certificates
• Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be applied toward any eligible service.
• Gift certificates must be redeemed within the validity period noted at purchase (if applicable).
